Go here ProgramData ► Lockheed Martin ► Prepar3D ► Scenery.cfg And look down through the Number 's and Insure they are all correct 123, 124, 125, 126 and so on going down, insuring you have no Duplicate numbers or Entries from a Scenery you have Uninstalled already. LOADING LATINVFR WITH ORBX UPDATE

More then likely the error is coming form a Scenery that you have Uninstalled or Installed incorrectly and there is part of the left and Prepar3D is trying to load it.
